- Very polite and helpful staff (reception desk always helped us timely with all the requests including lunch boxes for early checkout and calling a cab, as well as super quick fixes in case something wasn't working properly) - Fantastic choice of restaurant level meals at buffet style dinner (we had a half-board option), the breakfasts were very good too, plus you can also sit outdoors at the terrace with a sea view - The place is quiet and great for chill walks near the sea in the pine forest, but can be easily reached from Poreč by a touristic train, boat or taxi - There's a gym that even has some yoga/pilates equipment - Outdoor jacuzzi (warm) and an indoor swimming pool were greatly appreciated in September when the sea and the outdoor swimming pool are not so pleasant to swim in - Every night there was some nice live music performance in the hotel lobby - Fast and free wi-fi connection - Very good water pressure in the shower - Rooms are very well cleaned and have most of the needed amenities - A few good restaurants in the area

An excellent atmosphere is created by the wonderful staff, who are smiling all the time during your stay and are always helpful. The hotel is very clean, so you feel at home there. Last but not least, the hotel is located in a beautiful and quiet environment, with nice beaches. The excellent chefs will make sure that you are not hungry, and they will prepare very tasty and varied food for you every day. I am sure that everyone will enjoy their vacation at Hotel Patentinum Plava Laguna to the fullest.

Professional and friendly staff, especially Mr Leo from the reception desk team, who helped us a lot with an unexpected problem on the last day. We read a lot of positive comments before our arrival and the first impression exceeded our expectations and it remained so until the end. The room was spacious and comfortable and clean. Beds were so comfy. The hotel is located on a small peninsula, in a tranquil setting and amid pine and cypress trees. Sunsets were beautiful to watch. We recommend the hotel and hope to return one day.

We Loved the infrastructure, the whole complex, the access, the location, the surroundings, the amenities, and facilities. The staff was always available and had a great service attitude. I was feeling sick the first night, and the staff was so gentle to bring a kettle, tea bags, fresh fruits and dry fruits to our room. That helped me to enjoy my stay even more. Good job guys, I will recommend the hotel to everyone every time. We kept good memories from our stay. Thanks a lot to the hotel staff. Till the next time!

Great facilities and the best I have slept in months comfy beds and pillows. We did half board and we could not fault breakfast or dinner so much to choose from all so delicious. There was so much room to sit and relax in and outside the hotel and the facilities were plentiful.
